What is your return policy for worn gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once gear has been used on the trail, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute weekend trips, provided the order is placed before 2 PM EST.

Are your waterproof jackets covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our technical outerwear comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage from use.
