Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
